      Stainless steel hook with adjustable height for the installation of photovoltaic systems on barrel tiled roofs.
      Advantages
      • The hook is supplied pre-assembled and the accessories for connecting to the Solar rails are included in the package.
      • The adjustable connection is equipped with anti-slip knurling for secure fixing.
      • The hook can be used with any type of tile thanks to the vertical adjustment.
      • The wide Ø9 mm base plate holes make it easy to connect to the load-bearing support structure.
      GC is the AISI 304 stainless steel hook with adjustable height for building structures for photovoltaic systems on barrel tiled roofs. The system already contains the screws for connection to the rail.
      Properties
      • X5CrNi 18-10 stainless steel hook in accordance with EN 10088-2:2005.
      • Class A2-70 stainless steel bolts in accordance with EN ISO 3506-1/2:2010.

      Assembly instruction

      Functionality
      • Determine the centre distance of the hooks according to the snow and wind loads in the installation area.
      • Determine the position of the hooks according to the load-bearing structure and system layout.
      • Lift the tile and fix the hook using the appropriate anchor determined according to the type and layers of the support.
      • Connect the hook to the rail by inserting the supplied screws inside the lower groove of the rail.
