Assembly instruction
Functionality
Cut the tubes at a right angle and bevel the edges at an angle of 15º.
Clean and degrease the surfaces to be joined (tube and accessories).
Apply with the brush a uniform layer of the SPECIAL PVC FISHER ADHESIVE, on the two surfaces to be joined longitudinally, towards the end of the tube.
Quickly make the joint, before 3 minutes after the application of the adhesive (open time), pushing longitudinally without turning. At temperatures above 25 ° C, this open time will be reduced to 1 minute.
Hold the pieces motionless for a few seconds, remove the excess adhesive with absorbent paper.
Wait at least 5 minutes before submitting the joint to efforts or movements. At temperatures below 10ºC, wait at least 15 minutes.
Do not subject the installation to pressures higher than 1.5 atm before 24 hours.
